A Dream Come True

The Grice Clearfield Community Museum was the inspiration of Lynn “Scoot” Grice. In 1962, he and his high school sweetheart, Janet, expanded the family gas station to include its growing gun sales business. It eventually evolved into one of the largest gun shops in Pennsylvania.

In 1994, Scoot and Janet constructed and donated the Grice Clearfield Community Museum to house antique and classic cars owned by the Grice’s and other area residents. Scoot passed away in January 2025.
